Can I use BMDexpress with RNA-Seq data?

I have some RNA-Seq data from a NextSeq 500. Can I use the BMDexpress software to look at this data? The paper describing the tool says it is for array data.
I am also interested in opinions regarding the BMDexpress software. Thank you.
