hey, I really need help. I have a transcriptome and I need to make programme which will recognize if sequence is mrna or pre-rna. Can you help me to make the programme?
What have you tried? There are lots of ways for looking for this - intron inclusion and polyA tails likely the lowest hanging fruit.
Please add details. You have "transcriptome", does that mean you have RNA-seq data? Invest some effort please.
