Merge data set in Plink based on the number of SNPs of the largest

Hi everyone,

I need to merge two data sets using plink, but they have a different number of SNPs and I don't want to use the common ones, I want to merge based on the number of SNPs of the largest. Does anyone know how to do it?

The merged dataset produced by plink includes all variants in either dataset. (You can filter it down to just the SNPs in the larger dataset afterward.)
