list of known drug targets (Human)

Hello All, Can anyone help me to retrieve the list of known drug targets (human) along with drug molecules name, mode of action, disease name and information regarding phase like clinical trial, approved etc. how to used CheMBL database for this. I tried CheMBL but i couldn't understand exactly how to retrieve and interpret the CheMBL result as I am new to this field. Please help me. Thanks in advance

I don't like to bring this to you, but I have to tell you that the answer to this question can be obtained by simply googling for "drug target database". Therefore, I would like to advise you to do obligatory research before asking such questions.

Databases containing biological targets information:

• Therapeutic Targets Database (TTD)
• DrugBank
• Binding DB

This does not mean that this list is comprehensive, nor that these resources are useful for your purpose. TTD at least allows to download all data tables.
