preparing files for imputation on Michigan Imputation Server

Hello,

I processed my CEL files in Plink using Homo_sapiens.NCBI36.54.dna.toplevel.fa and annotation files for build 64. In order to follow instruction for preparing files for imputation in Plink given here: https://imputationserver.readthedocs.io/en/latest/prepare-your-data/#additional-tools

Do you know where I can find this corresponding file for build 36? On Michigan Imputation Server page above there is just this link given: wget ftp://ngs.sanger.ac.uk/production/hrc/HRC.r1-1/HRC.r1-1.GRCh37.wgs.mac5.sites.tab.gz

Hi Ana, did you contact Michigan Imputation Server about it? GRCh36 is obviously quite old, relatively speaking, at this point.
