Hi everyone, i'm looking for an index that measures the selection pressure on one SNP. For example, given a SNP and its allele A/G, this index could tell us that A carriers have 80% chance to transmit A allele to offspring, whereas G carriers have 90% chance. I'm not sure whether such index exists.

I suggest that such index may highly corrlelated with MAF, however MAF cannot be directly used, because of the impact of genetic drift. Also, indexes like CADD and PolyPhen take into consider the genetic conservation, which is similar but not identical to what i wish. I would like to learn from you about this (maybe exsit) index. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much!
