Hi EveryOne,
I have one reference Protein sequence multifasta file with protein names, and 13 draft multifasta protein files(Contains mostly peptides) . Now i want to do BLASTp with my 13 draft files against reference, to find the proteins (name) of my peptide sequences. Ho can i get succeeded ?
