enter image description here enter image description here How to create legends like these legends? In my case, if I should make the 'Node size' legend, then I would make the some nodes and mapping 'Node size' for size difference. And, for text describing the legend, I would 'Add annotation-text annotation'. So, I would drag text annotation, and put annotation into appropriate position. Then, I could not set perfect parralel with all of annotations. So, I want to set annotation perfectly parralel like pictures, so how to make the legend? Use only Legend Creator? Or, Node Label style? I don't now how to do!

I think for legends like you have shown, you will definitely need to create them manually using annotations. I haven't had a problem lining things up using annotations, although it certainly isn't easy (I would submit a bug on that -- we should have an Annotation Layout Tool analogous to our Node Layout Tool). I'm assuming you are running 3.7.2? 3.8 (which should release very, very soon) makes annotations much smoother, but I'm not sure it will solve all of your problems. Which annotations are you specifically having trouble aligning?

Thank you very much, Scooter sir. First, I solve how to align annotation, and to create annotation like that. I agree that we should have "Annotaton Layout Tool". I will replace cytoscape new version as soon as possible. To answer your additional question, I show additional images. In this annotation, first, I want to align "Positive association" to middle of target arrow shape. second, I want to align "Positive association" with "Negative association" parralel. Third, I want to align Node Color Gradation numbers(ex: -0.1, 0.0, 0.1, 0.2), because if I raise their annotation size, then thier positions are not align parralel and vertically.

In the case of shape, it is inevitable, but the text created by annotation is treated as a node label, and you are thinking about how to arrange the labels by using node layout. Do you think it is a good way?
