I have methylation data, beta value of cancer patient. but only tumor sample i have, no control. There is no normal control in TCGA portal data for reference.
And i also have RNA expression value.
i want to find cancer driver gene of these samples.....but i'm stuck in now.. There's no any paper analyze methylation only tumor sample.
i am gonna search genes which have negative correlation between RNA and methylation value.
is there anything i can do for analysis more?
No, not really. You don't have enough data to perform any meaningful analysis.
