Dear all,

Is there a database of or a way to computationally extract transcripts lacking a poly(A) tail? Such as RPPH1. I would very much appreciate a hint.

Thanks!

The only thing I can think of would be to look at some poly-A-seq data sets and find genes that did not have a signal near their end. Other than that, you probably just need to know what the families of genes that lack poly-A tails are (e.g. replication dependent histones, snRNAs etc,).
