Hello , I have question please . i m doing scaffolding using SSPACE , for that i need library file that conatains ,
NameTag Aligner(bwa or bowtie) Fastq1 Fastq2 AverageInserSize Error OrientationIndication
My question is , is there any software to determine the AverageInserSize and hw can i detemine it
