Hi

I have biopsies of pre chemotherapy patients and biopsies of post chemotherapy of different patients I mean pre and post treatment biopsies are not the same patients I want to look at the clonal evolution of tumour following chemotherapy hopefully to find resistant clones or anything meaningfully happen by treatment

Can I still use tools like scieclone software?

I have asked this from the developer but no answer yet

Please you may share your idea with me

Thanks

If they are different patients, then they are different clones. Clonal analysis is used to track the same clones across different time points.

Yes they are different patients. So do you know a way to find the resistant clones from unmatched patients?

Then you can compare specific variants. For example, mutation X is present in one group, but not the other.
