Hey forum

So I've been trying to do some bioinformatic work to search for some genes in Ansteph. I had heard of a program called AUGUSTUS and know it can provide proteome or even the intron-exon structure for an entire genome but I also wanted to do some comparative stuff for the exons. Does AUGUSTUS work for single genes? I've heard of GenScan as well but the models there are too far away from Ansteph to work... Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
