problem with protein alignment of peptide against swissprot database

First of all hello,

I am completely new at bioformatics but eager to learn. I would like to alligne short peptide sequences against the swissprot database using only the human proteom. I already installed the ncbi-blast 2.10.0+ database but I have no idea how to conduct a search in the swissprotdatabase or how to perform allignment searches.
