Hello,
I want to use Ingenuity Pathway Analysis - QIAGEN to filter the biomarkers and identify the potential one, but this software is not freely available. Does someone suggest another free software to perform same task?
C: Free pathway analysis software
(older thread so not all things would still be available/current).
I have a list of 300 biomarker against a cancer, now I want to filter those biomarker list to see which are potential for causing the kidney cancer.
Can anybody recommend me method or any software which can do this job?
