I'm not sure if this exists (never worked with any genomes outside human/mouse before), but if possible I need to download a reference transcriptome for a firefly, specifically Photinus pyralis. The transcriptome would need to work with cellranger, i.e. I would need to be able to align some FASTQ reads to it using count in order to see if there's any firefly genes in my sample. Any ideas on if this exists / where I could go to find it ?

From NCBI via firefly genome page. Look at the links in the top box for genome, transcripts, GFF files.
