hii, I am working on prediction of drug response using gene expression data got from CCLE and got 265 Drug data from Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer (GDSC) but how can I select the drugs for my prediction approach. can anyone help me.
Hello. Please show samples of the data that you have obtained, and describe any of your own ideas about how to proceed. There are no manuals for creating a drug response prediction model. If you have been given this task by a supervisor, then obviously they should be the first person to ask in terms of help.
