Hi all,
I have a list of genes with ensembl gene IDs that I would like to explore a bit. The list is too long to manually browse through. I'm not particularly tech-savvy, but I have used and really liked mirnet.ca for miRNA analysis. Is there something similar that can be used for mRNA analysis? Or another, easy to use, web based program?

EMBI-EBI has ArrayExpress that you could take a look at. You may also be able to use DAVID for mapping your genes.
