Normalization of gene expression data

I have downloaded the Gene-centric RMA-normalized mRNA expression data. from CCLE website. Can I further transformed by log2 method and Normalized by z score method?

RMA-normalized data should already be log2-transformed. Yes, Z-scoring is possible.
