hello, I have considered three different datasets for WGCNA analysis. I don't have the same information from all three datasets to form a clinical traits file. In one dataset drug information is given while the other one has only gender and brain pH information. I tried to contact the relevant author but did not receive any answer. What should I do? How can I proceed further without the clinical traits file? Any suggestions please.

Hey again. Can you elaborate on which specific information you have obtained (cite the source)? If the author has not responded to provide information, then there is not much that we can do here (?)

From one dataset I obtained information about drugs and concentration they used and age, while the second dataset shows ethnicity and age and the third dataset gives information about drugs but it is not provided according to samples (pmid:15563509). how should I consider this information for analysis?

Knowing the format of the data is important - it should be aligned with your expression data. If you follow each of the WGCNA tutorials, you will have a better idea, I think.
