How to choose principal component(PC) that can represent the entire data of the sample according to the data after sequencing in single-cell RNA seq?
Start by reading standard literature such as the Bioconductor single-cell workflow which extensively covers this and the Seurat vignettes. These kind of open-ended and low-effort questions are generally not appreciated.
