Hello!
I have an affybatch structure that consists of 300 CEL files and I want to create a MAplot chart from the oligo package (R) for each CEL file separately. How to do it?

MAplot represents the average expression vs foldchange. Thus minium two samples are required to plot it.
You should read about what MA-plots are, then you will understand why MAplots for n=1 as Nicolas says are not possible.
