conda install homer

HI,

I downloaded Homer using conda:

conda install -c bioconda homer

and now when I ran the command :

perl /home/amit/miniconda3/pkgs/configureHomer.pl -list

it complains:

Can't open perl script "/home/amit/miniconda3/pkgs/configureHomer.pl": No such file or directory

What wrong am I doing here? Kindly help.

The script should be in <path to cobda>/pkgs/homer-<build version>/share/homer-<version>/configureHomer.pl.
