Hi,

So I am using yeastract to look for transcription factors that are enriched in an RNAseq differential expression analysis dataset as this seems to be the best data available for this purpose. However, while the website nicely shows TF, p-values etc. the output is a garbled mess of gene names without any p-values which is unusable. Curious how other people have successfully integrated yeastract into their workflows when they are comparing TF enrichment across multiple samples/conditions.

Thanks Greg
