GO Enrichment DAVID/Panther

Hello All

I'm presently trying to perform GO-term enrichment analysis on some variable genes that I have identified. I want to perform a GO-term enrichment analysis in DAVID and in Panther, to explore the different out-puts from both programs.

Where I get confused is that Panther has two GO-Term levels one called GO-slim biological processes and another called GO biological process complete. Whereas, DAVID has GOTERM_BP_1-5, GOTERM_BP_Direct, GOTERM_BP_All and GOTERM_BP_FAT.

My question is rather any of the Panther terms corresponds to the DAVID terms. I'm thinking that the Panther GO biological process complete could corresponds to DAVID GOTERM_BP_All term, however, I dont know..
