Protein analysis by Mass spectrometry

Hi everyone,

I am going to start working with some results from a protein analysis made by mass spectrometry. I was searching for packages on python or R to process and visualized the data.

However, I only found pyOpenMS and Pyteomics, which for what I understood are more focused on proteomics and not so much in analyze for example the difference between a native and denaturalized protein by Mass spectrometry.

Does anyone know a library in python or R to work with mass spectrometry analysis of protein and not proteomics.
