Hello, Is there any R code or tutorial to do GSEA in R for the genes and not pathways?

Thanks

Maybe just make your own set of genes? Doesn't have to a be a pathway.

There are many R packages, here is one from Bioconductor:

GSEA does not care what you give it. Whether the set of genes you give it is a pathway, a set of genes based on a certain experiment or just random genes, the principe remains the same. Check the fgsea package at Bioconductor. Lots of example code there. Also please use the search function and invest some effort into your question, one-liners are typically discouraged.
