Hello, Can somebody tell me how to download the total protein sequence of an organism from NCBI?

Have you tried refseq ftp: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/ ?

It has only a few organisms

Then try GenBank instead, but the process is basically the same.

You can find protein sequences for organisms that have genome records here. Find your organism and open the genome page. Protein sequences are in a box at the top of the page. Here is one example.

UniProt proteomes will be the other source.
