Hi all,

I've a couple of GEO microarray dataset to analyze based on GPL8432 plate ("Illumina HumanRef-8 WG-DASL v3.0"). The raw data provided in my GSE study are not normalized and I read that the only way to normalize properly my data coming from this plate should be through the "cubic spline interpolation" normalization which is implemented into GenePattern IlluminaNormalizer module.

My problem: I need to use this module but I'm not able to find it anywhere on the GenePattern public server. I contacted GenePattern team through their Google group Helpdesk and they told me that this module is no longer installed into their server giving me a link to this crazy explanation post :https://groups.google.com/g/genepattern-help/c/gdwYp4P7rSE/m/JNeag1AGBgAJ

So to sum up: I would like to know whether:

1) someone reading this post has got the same problem as i'm actually having ? (and if so how did you manage to solve it)

2) or do you know a way to download this module somewhere else ? (another server, Github, ...I've checked the GenePattern archive website http://www.gparc.org/ and the module is not present as well)

3) or could you indicate me someone to contact which could further help me (I'm not able to find the author of the module ...) ?

4) or finally a document/paper/library to implement by myself this "cubic spline interpolation"

Thank you very much for your kind help in advance !!
