Question: Best Practices/Softwares to filter methylation result of bismark?

Hi all:

After using Bismark, some people said that the bismark's output need to be performed a binomial test and FDR to filter those sites which are "unreliable". What BEST PRACTICES/SOFTWARES should I use?

And I'm also fascinated about how to distinguish the real heterozygous from false positive methyl-call.
