How to find the protein sequence of Cytochrome P450 of Malus domestica and Vitis vinifera and find similarity between the two sequences?
You can use ensemble plants https://plants.ensembl.org/index.html as "Malus domestica" is available there. Select species, give search term, locate gene amongst results, and on the left are links to orthologs with protein and cDNA alignments. e.g here
