Hello, I have omics data for a few patients(assume < 20 cases). I would like to learn how others analysis omics data of cancer patient, but I can't find some paper use such few samples(Maybe because the heterogeneity of clinical sample requires large sample scale).
How do I search paper do omics analyse on any cancer sample(no cell line data) with few cases?

What kind of omics data and what kind of analysis are you trying to do? There are many papers with varying sample sizes, even as low as a single patient. It really depends on what you are trying to do.

Multiple omics(WGS, WGBS, RNA-seq...) data will be released. I didn't decide what kind of analysis yet because it's very early stage, I am reading papers(biology and bioinformatics) try to work out some plans currently.

This sounds like a relatively big project. You may want to consult with whoever is organizing it to help you with getting started. There is probably already some sort of a grant that has a lot of background and related publications.

If you just search for something like "disease_name genomics" or "disease_name wgbs", you'll probably get some reviews with many relevant citations.
