Hello, I have analyzed CTCF ChIP-seq. Now I want to get the orientations for those CTCF peaks, And I also want to get convergent oriented CTCF peaks. Best,

yeah. one paper used FIMO to analyze CTCF motif. But I do not understand how FIMO analyze orientation of CTCF motifs.
