Journals joint PMC (PubMed Central) should supply xml fulltext comforting NLM Journal Publishing Tag Suite. PubMed Central is OA journal database. Everyone could get the full text data of PubMed Central if they want.

I am a editor of JTD . Now our college news convert fulltext of word to pdf,xml,and html. The workflow is not so efficient I want to change our workflow like th

1 manuscript word ==>xml (NLM Journal Publishing Tag Suite)

2 xml to other format

xml==>indesign==>pdf

xml==>html

xml==>iOS
