Dear all,

I am using Plink to analyze the association of CNVs with vascular malformation, however, it reported an error on the CNV data as follows

plink --cnv-list test2 --cnv-make-map

ERROR: Badly defined segment, 155153381 > 2

I have checked the start and end positions of the CNV data, there is no position whose start position is greater than its end position. Would you please inform us how to solve this problem? Thank you so much.
