Blasting transposable elements

Hello good folks, I have retrieved some potential autonomous TEs in a Basidiomycete genome I was analysing. So now, I am interested as to whether they encode for all the proteins necessary for their transposition. I wanted to use Blastx against a protein database of transposble elements, but I am confused. Which database can I perform such analysis?? Thank you in advance.

if you have access to it RepBase is a good choice.

alternatives are simply using nr (non redundant NCBI protein DB) will give you some idea already
