You want to compare a 10XGenomics instrument to an Illumina one?

So basically, you couldn't be bothered to lift one finger to even look up what those instruments do?

I know about 10X because it is mainly for ScRNA-seq. the library prepertaion but seq is in regular sequencer. I have searched but could not find such a study comparing different sequencers

10x libraries are eventually sequenced on an Illumina sequencer. There is no NovaSeq 5000. Technically NovaSeq 5000 was announced (as I recall) but never actually shipped (NovaSeq 5000 was a supposed to be dual FC sequencer with lower output (only able to run S1,S2 cells), compared to dual FC NovaSeq 6000 (that can run SP, S1, S2, S4 FC).

You can look up the specs on this page for all Illumina sequencers. There are two tabs so be sure to check both.
