Good time to anyone! Here I have the result of MNase seq data analysis using FastQC. The problem is in this peak of duplicated sequences at the score >10. Its not good for data quality, I don't know why such a picture appear. If somebody've faced this problem before I will be very grateful to you for answer!
I am not familiar with MNase seq but it is normal to have a result like this depending on the context of the experiment. Please take a look at this blog post from authors of FastQC for alternate explanations, if this was not expected.
Have a
fail
in FastQC does not make the data bad. It all depends on type of data you are working with.
