Hello All,

I have a question for calculating p-value of each gene. Yes, I know that it needs at least more than 3 samples to get significant p-value. But I have one sample of each condition. it means that I have control1 and case1 samples. Then, how cuffdiff calculate this p-value of each gene?

Are you asking "how do I make cuffdiff calculate a p-value" or "how does cuffdiff calculate a p-value"?

I think that the user has a 1 vs 1 comparison. dahun73, there is not much that you can do with this data. I would only go as far as trying to identify novel transcripts in each sample via HISAT2 / StringTie
