I need to calculate chisqaure test, p value, odd ratio, class intervals of genotype frequencies for 2x3 contingency table. Can you suggest some online freely available stats calculator.

I would suggest using genetics R package. But if you don't know how to use R, you can use this to calculate chi-square. Take a tour on the website and you will find other calculators!

Also, if you're working with SNPs in a case-control study, don't forget the HWE equilibrium!!!
