If i want to start learning about different next generation sequencing techniques and analysis, from where i can actually start? Can someone suggest some resources and also tools for analysis of NGS data!!.

Elaine Mardis' annual talk at NHGRI give a comprehensive introduction to NG sequencing techniques.

Can someone suggest some resources and also tools for analysis of NGS data!!.

That is akin to saying that you need to count stars in the sky. There are so many variations/tools that you are unlikely to need to use them all.

Harvard Bioinformatics core has sets of training materials on various topics available here. Be sure to follow through and go to their GitHub site for materials.
Dr. Simon Cockell did an entire series on "learning bioinformatics" recently. There were 50+ talks. That series is available, first episode is here.
