Question: Convert Illumina GSA report format to 23&me format

Hi! I have results from GSA Illumina in this format:

SNP Name    Sample ID   GC Score    Allele1     Allele2 

1:103380393 CO10093 0.8414  G   G

There is a tool, or a way, to convert this data in 23&me format? Or, at least, in this format:

# rsid  chromosome  position    genotype
rs9701055   1   565433  CC

The chromosome, position and genotype you have that, but the rs depends on the genome assembly version, so you need to find which genome version is used or the mapping of the array probes to dbSNP
