Finding Unique Mutations in A Cancer Cell Line

Hi all - I'm a cancer researcher studying the susceptibility of cancer cells to a drug. I screened 7 cancer cell lines and found that only one of them was sensitive to my drug. The question I would like to answer is why this specific cancer cell line was sensitive while the others were not. My current theory is that this specific cell line may have a unique mutation that renders it sensitive. Is there a database or tool I could use to compare mutations between these 7 cell lines? If there was a way to find which mutations are unique to the sensitive cell line and not the others that would be super useful to me. If anyone here could point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful!
