how to assembly the RNASeq data

Dear all, I have some RNA short RNAseq (mouse) data and I would like to get the LncRNA and mRNA from these seqs with MM10, is there some existing tool suggestion? Thanks in advance! Best regards, Xinhui

What have you tried so far? Did you look/google around for something. Have you read papers on the subject? Have you put any effort into thinking about this? The answer to these should be "yes", and you should elaborate a bit on:

• what you've tried so far
• why that is or isn't working; and
• what literature you've read might be relevant.

If you don't demonstrate that you've put effort into the problem you're facing, people cannot be expected to help you solve it.
