I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the singularity version of optitype. Docker isn't supported by the institution HPC and I would like to use it by bootstrapping to Singularity. Has anyone been able to do so using the latest version of Singularity?

This is typically not recommended as it runs the risk of annoying people in both communities.
As suggested over there, talk to your cluster admins, they are the experts for your HPC and probably have guidelines.
