Hi,

Does anyone have any idea if there is any tool available to detect population structure from copy number data rather than SNP data?

Thanks

Maybe this can help : Schrider, DR, Hahn, MW, and Begun, DJ. (2016) Parallel Evolution of Copy-Number Variation Across Continents in Drosophila melanogaster. Molecular Biology and Evolution. 33: 1308-1316.

And their scripts : https://github.com/andrewkern/poolDiffCNV

Thanks for sharing the link!

I was looking for code implementation of the Schrider method, too. And this method is probably the only one that is designed for analyzing pooled sequencing data.
