How to know time and event if it is not mentioned in the GEO2R dataset (for survival analysis)

If you know what the dataset is (it has to have some sort of a name, at least a filename), maybe go chase down the metadata online using that? Hard to tell given the lack of details and context (as @RamRS pointed out).
