I have a csv (comma) file that has the following as an example:

#Kmer,Window,Ref,Strand,Coverage,Modified
GAACA,70203111-70203115,chr10,-,108:108:108:108:108,mod

I also have the original SAM and BAM files that the original data (rna-seq) was used for mapping against genome.

How do I best visualize this? I wanted to visualize the rows that have modified=mod (or a can convert them to a boolean 1 or 0 too).

I was thinking of looking at it on IGV, but what file format can I convert this csv to - to do that? Thanks!
