Hi every one i have one question it might be simple!!! i was designed real time pcr primer for my gene by using Alleleid software then i performed primerblast. the result showed there are isoforms for this gene.now i don't what am i do, Could anyone help me?

You can design the primers from the conserved region of different isoforms if you have no idea which isoform is expressed in your experiment.

Are you interested in the total gene expression or in an individual isoform?

Then simply load the NCBI gene name into PrimerBLAST and use what it outputs.
