Hi All,
I have several related phenotypes (~20 and average R2=~0.3) in a GWAS study. I am wondering what's the best approach to perform GWAS to this kinds of study design. I don't want to do GWAS to each phenotype one by one. I think there should be some approach has been developed to consider these phenotype correlation/relationship.
